HSEC operates mostly by appointment. We have begun offering walk-in hours. Walk-in hours are subject to change based on operational needs. Thank you for your understanding.

Thursday & Friday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Saturdays: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
