Canine Crawl
GOES WILD!
The Humane Society of Eastern Carolina’s Canine Crawl is back for the 24th annual event supporting animals in our community!
Exciting news for dog lovers and community supporters! The Humane Society of Eastern Carolina is thrilled to announce the date for our much-anticipated Canine Crawl: mark your calendars for October 19, 2025! Things will look a little different this year compared to previous years; this year's event will take place at the beautiful Wildwood Park in Greenville, and it promises to be a tail-waggin' good time.
Our 24th Annual Canine Crawl presented by East Carolina Anesthesia Associates is scheduled for Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Wildwood Park. This exciting event will feature live music, food trucks, a vendor village, gift basket raffles, an approximately 1.5-mile crawl around the beautiful Wildwood Park Lake, and more!
The support of our community is crucial to our mission of combating pet overpopulation in Eastern Carolina. As the area's only no-kill shelter, and a completely independent, grassroots organization, we rely solely on community donations and receive no funding from national organizations like the Humane Society of the United States or the ASPCA, or any government sources.
Events like Canine Crawl are vital to keeping our doors open and providing a second chance at life for homeless, abandoned, and neglected pets.
