Membership

We still need your support to provide the homeless pets of eastern Carolina the services we have always given them. As Pitt County and the surrounding areas grow, so does the population of unwanted pets. To meet these changing needs, we rely on people like you to help us.

Reaffirm your commitment to the homeless animals of eastern Carolina by sending your tax-deductible contribution. If you would like to “help us help them,” please click here for a membership form. Along with receiving newsletters, members receive special notices of any Humane Society of Eastern Carolina function or event.

Criteria For Membership

An individual shall be a member of the Society automatically upon satisfaction of the following criteria:

Membership: Payment of annual dues at entrant level or
Voting Membership: Payment of annual dues at entrant level and 60 hours of volunteer time over the immediate prior twelve (12) month period.

Levels of Donation

Level	Amount of Donation
Buddy	$100 Provides toys and treats for all HSEC animals for 3 months.
Purrfect Partner	$250 Vaccinates 40 homeless cats and dogs.
Man's Best Friend	$500 Feeds all HSEC animals for 2 weeks.
Cat's Meow	$750 Helps spay and neuter 15 homeless cats and dogs.
Pack Leader	$1000 Provides heat for 1 month to all HSEC animals.
Pick of the Litter	$5000 Houses all HSEC animals for 3 weeks.

Members may serve as officers of the organization if elected by the board of directors.
Members may also vote in the annual election of the board of directors.
