Success Story

I adopted Titan (formerly Sherlock) on August 26, 2006. I originally went just to "look," because my birthday is in September and my boyfriend was supposed to get me a puppy for my birthday but I just couldn't wait. Little did I know he would end up being my birthday present to myself! There were only a few small puppies at the Humane Society at the time but Titan really stood out...I'm not sure if it was his big paws, his beautiful brindle coat or the fact that whenever we talked to him, he would talk right back! At only nine weeks old and about 15 pounds when I got him, he has literally grown like a weed! He is now nine months old and weighs about 95 pounds. He absolutely loves being outside when its warm and digging in the sandpile in our backyard. He also loves destroying tennis balls and throwing them for himself. Titan has also graduated Basic and Intermediate Obedience class (from Top Dog Academy...they are awesome!) which has really helped because he hated wearing a collar much less walking on a leash. He is truly turning out to be the most wonderful dog and I love him to pieces!!
