Otis O'Malley A Heart Healer
Otis O'Malley kickin' back in his new home. In January 2005, my husband and I lost our first furry child, and we were devastated. To make matters worse, our other cat Winston walked around for days crying for his brother. After a week, I couldn’t take it anymore. So on Valentines Day, we went to Pet Smart to look for a male kitten. Hearing what we were looking for, one Humane Society volunteer said that we had to see a cat named Outlaw. He was 2 years old and so sweet that I forgot that I wanted a kitten. Winston wasn’t too sure about him, but warmed up quickly to his new brother. Outlaw became Otis O’Malley and helped heal our broken hearts. He’s now the middle child, loves to play, and knows no stranger (so it’s good that he’s never allowed out). Thank you to the volunteer who helped us that night. We’re forever grateful. Shawn Moore
