Annual Canine Crawl - May 3, 2008
What a great day
we had! Dogs as far as the eye could see!
After canceling the first date of April 5 for the Canine Crawl due to
torrential rain,
May 3 turned out to be a beautiful day. Lots of sun and a nice
breeze and a good turnout for the event.
The participants raised a lot of money in
pledges and a strong showing of volunteers who helped make the day run
smoothly! The final tally puts the day at over $21,000 raised and
that will go a long way in helping us help the homeless pets of Eastern Carolina.
